Twigging

Twitter sounds like a good place for short, pointless posts that I insist on writing despite being short and pointless. Twitter blogging. Twigging?

  2. Twigging... Twatting if you are a right-winger.

I'm not convinced that Twitter really works as a micro-blogging tool, most serious blogging posts are usually followed by a link to a full article. Conversation momentum gatherer though... definitely!

  3. I started using Twitter recently and it's pretty much a brain dump for anything too short for a post, or a one-off thought that I know I won't write more about.

Or mentioning RL things I wouldn't bring up on my blog because it's too off-topic. :P

  4. @Arthur: No, you?

@Suicidal Zebra: I read what you said there.

@Hana: That sounds like an excellent alternative to short, pointless posts that no one cares about. And I won't be so bound be restrictions like feeling like I should use uppercase letters!

  5. I'm not sure if you can really blog on Twitter. Google Buzz though, that's definitely a bloggers paradise. Maybe that should be called... Google Bluzz?
