It would be called < doesn't sign charters >. But I think I'd have trouble finding people to sign the charter.

Man do I love those people. Lurking around the mailbox and open the guild sign without even a hello. What happened to a nice meal, some wine, maybe a movie....then ask me to sign your charter. On a side note, you know the annoying gold beggar who keeps opening trade window, finally got to do the trick I read about in some unremembered blog (sorry!). Put in 1k gold and then watch him squirm as I afk without hitting trade. Too funny.
@Eversor: Kids these days just rush into the charter and then they have these terrible one-person guilds based on nothing.
Try yelling "Get off my lawn" and firing a few warning shots.
@Stabs: How is that at all applicable to dealing with out-of-guild charter signing?
