We're going to try and kill Sindragosa this week.
Try what?
Try to kill.
We could of done it sooner, but we had some obstacles.
Could of what? Could of silver? Could of wood? What's a could?
Could have. Could've. Incidentally my spell check says that's not a real world, but would've is. Well fuck you, spell check. Yea, I used the comma. I'm proper and shit like that.
Word yer lookin' fer is "coulda".
ReplyDeleteYer welcomes.
" Incidentally my spell check says that's not a real world, but would've is."
ReplyDeleteWhat's a real world? like Earth?
;)
Still waiting on that tanking post sir...
<3 Your Friendly Neighborhood Fuubaar
I'll leave the typo in, just so your trollish spammy silly off-topic thread derailing and unnecessarily repetitive pun can continue to work.
ReplyDeleteWhich tanking post? I must have forgotten.
wow, I've never trolled before.
ReplyDeleteI kinda like the feeling...
It's so warm & fuzzy.
Do, or do not ... there is no "try".
ReplyDeleteHow is it off-topic to correct a grammar nazi post?
ReplyDeleteI realized the other night that as I speak with people of different cultures, my "proper" English actually gets worse. I sometimes catch myself using "broken English" things like "they think I'm bad player" *shudder*
On the other hand, as long as you don't sound like a complete jackass or type like the l33t kidz, there's no reason to get up in arms about these things. The "could of" thing drives me nuts too, but I understand that they are trying to say "could have". You will invariably slip up as you have done in this same post, and get called out on it (and apparently not be able to take the criticism)...
You couldn't tell that I was joking?
